Web Design & Development Northern Ireland
Web Design & Development
Stop losing customers to a slow, confusing website. I build lean, high-performance sites that look great, load instantly, and drive real business.
The Problem
Your website should be an asset, not a liability.
Most local businesses are trapped between two bad options. They either struggle with a frustrating DIY site builder that looks unprofessional, or they pay a large agency thousands of pounds for a bloated website they cannot even update themselves.
The result is usually a slow website that frustrates mobile users, fails to rank on Google, and acts like a leaky bucket for potential sales.
You do not need a piece of complex digital art. You need a digital storefront that clearly explains what you do, builds immediate trust, and makes it incredibly easy for people to buy from you or get in touch.

How It Works
Crafting success, step by step.
I pride myself on a comprehensive, transparent approach to web development. While every project is unique, this is the standard roadmap I use to take your website from an idea to a live, lead-generating asset.
1
Discovery & Research
My journey begins with an in-depth consultation. I dive into understanding your business, its goals, and your target audience. This foundational step ensures the website aligns completely with your commercial objectives.
2
Strategy & Planning
Armed with my research, I craft a clear roadmap. We define the project scope, set realistic timelines, and outline the exact deliverables you can expect.
3
Design & Wireframing
With a strategy locked in, I move to the visual phase. I create initial layouts and wireframes, giving you a clear visual guide for how the website will flow before I write a single line of code.
4
Website Development
This is where the design becomes a working website. Using modern web technologies, I ensure the site is incredibly fast, user-friendly, and technically sound. I also bake in foundational SEO practices so search engines can easily understand your content.
5
Quality Assurance & Testing
Before anything goes live, the website undergoes rigorous testing. I ensure optimal performance across different browsers and devices so your customers get a flawless experience no matter how they find you.
6
Launch
Once thoroughly tested, we push the button. I handle the technical transition behind the scenes, ensuring your new digital presence goes live seamlessly without any confusing downtime.
7
Training
You should never be locked out of your own business. After launch, I provide clear guidance on how to manage your new platform so you are fully equipped to update text, images, and content yourself.
8
Hosting, Maintenance & More
I offer reliable managed hosting solutions to keep the website secure and accessible at all times. I am also always available for ongoing technical maintenance, ensuring your site stays updated as your business grows.

FAQ
Common Questions
How long does it typically take to build a website?
The timeframe varies depending on complexity, but a standard bespoke website typically takes between 6 to 10 weeks from conception to launch. This relies heavily on receiving all the required text, branding, and images from you on time.
Are the people I talk to the same people building the site?
Absolutely. You are dealing directly with me, a local developer based in Northern Ireland. I do not outsource my code to cheap offshore agencies. This ensures total transparency, quicker turnaround times, and a finished product that actually matches what was promised.
Can I maintain the website myself after it is built?
Yes. I build my websites using user-friendly content management systems and provide full training upon handover. My goal is to empower you to handle basic updates independently, though I am always here if you need complex structural changes.
Are your websites mobile-responsive?
Every site I build is fully responsive. Google uses mobile-first indexing, meaning the mobile version of your website is the one that dictates your search ranking. I use flexible layouts to ensure your site performs flawlessly on a phone, tablet, or desktop.
What are your payment terms?
I keep things standard and transparent. A typical website project is paid in two instalments: a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and initiate the project, with the remaining 50% balance due upon completion before the site goes live.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. For standard WordPress sites, I offer premium managed hosting for £25 per month to cover infrastructure and security updates. For Shopify owners, I offer a £49 per month technical retainer. For ad-hoc development, support or design tweaks, my standard pay-as-you-go rate is £40 per hour.
